Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please contact us.
1. Select the Items You Want.
First click on the product lists by category and browse. Next you will need to select the items you would like to order. When you find an item that interests you, click the name of the item or the picture to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
2. Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart.
If you want to order an item from us, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. You can also enter the quantity in box or boxes in the products list page and click on "Add to Cart" button either on page top or bottom.
Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the "Continue shopping" button to keep browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "Cart Contents" at the top right of every page of our Web site.
What if an item I order is out of stock?
*Stock Very Low indicates product with very low stock. Product availability is subject to change. We will do our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner, but delays in fulfillment or certain products being out of stock may occur.
Just be aware that part and parcel of the current organic industry is unavailability of stock. We like to know that none of our produce is GM or artificially created, but the flip side is that things are unavailable from time to time. A small price to pay for great, natural produce! If you order one of our mixed boxes, we will 'behind the scenes' substitute any item that is out of stock with a similar item. So you always get a full, balanced complement of products in a mixed box. If you have custom ordered via our shopping cart, you will not receive a substitute unless you tell us to do so. The only exception would be say if Gala apples are unavailable we would substitute Fuji apples. But if broccoli was unavailable we would not substitute cauliflower unless you told us to always try and substitute.
Can I change items once they have been added to my shopping cart?
Yes, no need to empty the whole cart each time. You go into your shopping cart by clicking on one of the links - either just above the 'Quick Links' at the very top of the page . Once there you can either delete an item if you no longer wish to purchase it (by clicking the delete button next to that item) or change the number of items ordered by changing the number ordered and clicking 'update cart'.
3. Proceed to Checkout.
Take your time to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Cart Contents" section of your cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please e-mail us.
4. Sign in.
For new customer, enter your e-mail address (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders), choose a password for your account and fill in the particulars so that when you come back to us in the future, you can use the same delivery address and method of payment you provided during this first order.
You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information.
5. Delivery Schedule.
Under the delivery information, please indicate where you would want the product to be delivered to. Alternatively, you may pick up the product yourself at our Self Collection Centre.

Our costs are kept low and purchases above $35 is delivered free of charge.
There are cheap way to order with free deliver, go for our organic boxes.

7. Confirm My Order.
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Confirm My Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you an Order Verification Form via e-mail.

Click "End Shopping" Button on exit.
*Please remember to print out the Order Verification Form for your own reference and our delivery/self collection purposes.
8. Modify order items or quantity after confirmation.
If you wanted to modify order items or quantity after confirmation. Please email us or sms include the order number before delivery.
